Snowy Days and Mondays
Today was cold with a temperature hovering most of the time in the teens. Work was busy which made the time go quickly.
I had a car-load of non-working electronics which needed to be taken to the recycling center today. When I got there I discovered they are already closed for Christmas which meant I had to drive back to work with my car-load of equipment and unload that which I just loaded only to load again another day. Tomorrow I will apologize to the secretary of Recycling and Waste Management for the way I acted on the telephone when I returned to work.
My mother-in-law and brother-in-law learned today that they will close on their new home on Thursday. Both are very excited, believing they are the only ones who have ever waited for a closing date on a house. I truly believe they thought they could go to Aisle 7 at a nearby WalMart, pick out a house and move in. They learned differently.
Saturday will be spent moving them.
Tonight Becky made pot-pies for dinner. They were delicious, but filling and more than either of us could finish. We learned Bella likes pot-pies.
Becky and I just finished watching another Christmas movie. Blessed is just the beginning of what I am to have her as my wife.
Time for bed.
